This was our first time with a major landscaping project at our new home here in Killay, and we were very glad that we chose Lawn Care. Jon was the main contact person who came to our house during the planning process. He was very attentive to our needs, listened well, and then came back with some good ideas to add color that would bloom at different times of the year, and also with plant life that is sustainable in the hot and humid climate. The installation process took about 4 days, a little longer than expected due to weather, but we were very pleased with the outcome. Both Jon and Dave (the office manager) helped us clear up a few small items, namely a light fixture that needed to be replaced, but that went very smoothly, demonstrating to us their commitment behind their work and to providing total customer service. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat.
Excellent, Jon and his team are the example of professionalism. On time, polite, courteous – anything and everything you would want in any service provider. The plants were specifically chosen for the ability to grow in this part of Swansea. All plants were healthy and I was genuinely surprised at the size of the trees and several of the shrubs. His staff took great care in preparation and transplanting. The sprinkler system was better than I could have hoped for as well. Jon is sort of a geek (I mean that in the best way) and he understands the little details of the system. In short, he can diagnose any problem and usually knows the issues prior to installation so they can be avoided. Anytime you add dirt, water and electricity it takes real a professional to know how to install it correctly and make it work. After installation care is exceptional as well. Sometimes plants die. They replaced them. No problems, no issues. My sprinkler system stopped working correctly – 2 years after installation. They came right out and fixed the problem. It was easy, but they did not charge a trip charge. The service was free. I gave Apex my highest recommendation and I rarely give this type of recommendation.
